•Vibration acceleration and vibration speed and measurement at a measurement speed of up to 100000 values per second.

•Possibility for connection of up to 4 vibration sensors to a single and simultaneous monitoring of 24 objects and up to 84 frequency ranges.

•Digital inputs and outputs for feedback from the process and the alarms. Analog 4-20 ma input for speed signal feedback from the frequency inverter or measurement of another variable - temperature, pressure, etc. Pulse input for rotation speed monitoring. Operation hours counter.

•Ethernet communication for connection with the configuring Octavis software or an OPC server. LED indication for the condition of the system and the vibration sensors and for the presence of an alarm flag.

Bearings:
-A comprehensive parameter database for nearly all known models, organized by brands.
-Monitoring of the three bearing parts - the inner ring, the outer ring and the bearing unit. Harmonics at a critical harmonic frequency are monitored for each bearing part, calculated on the basis of the frequency factor and the rotation speed.
-Diagnosis based on H-FFT. Evaluation of high frequency peaks based on fast Fourier transformation applying different filters.
 
Imbalance
:
Diagnosis by the FFT method. Harmonic analysis. An extremely useful method for fans, motors, spindles, turbines and wind generators.

  RMS
:
Monitoring and diagnostics in accordance with ISO 10816 in a freely selectable frequency range - most frequently within 10hz - 1000hz.Misalignment and gaps detection.

  Vibration speed effective value: FFT harmonic analysis is used, which is an ideal method for detection of imbalance, misalignment, gaps, monitoring and diagnosis of sliding bearings, controls of the lubricant film.

  Vibration acceleration effective value: a detection method for resonance, "chatter" and other mechanical noises in the equipment.

  Vibration acceleration peak (peak to peak) value: an ideal method for bearing faults, mechanical shocks and friction diagnosis.

  Vibration speed (loosely defined): Freely selectable frequency factor and range and the monitoring is performed base on preset parameters. This method is applicable for monitoring of the proper coupling of gears, pump cavitation, misalignment, gaps, etc.

•Automatic signal tuning. When replacing a bearing or after an automatic tuning, the system stores the signal value and performs a monitoring based on the value of the "new" bearing. If the condition of the bearing is not clear, the monitoring is performed based on reference values depending on the rotation speed and the bearing type.
